How it works

At this stage of Strategic Planning, our objective is to assess the level of management practices in the organization. We use 02 (two) tools as a reference:

1 - Expeditous Diagnosis - This stage of our Diagnosis, carried out with the client's Chief Executive, is used to quickly quantify and qualify the potential for improvements and to define the priority order of the Strategic-Organizational Diagnosis studies.

2 - Organizational Diagnosis - Diagnosis using the Management Excellence Model, in which 8 dimensions of management are analyzed and compared to the best market practices: Leadership; Strategies and Plans; Customers and Market; Society; Information and Knowledge; People; Law Suit; Results.

The result (technical report and graph) of this diagnosis allows us to understand the client's modus operandi.
